Hey there! If you’re reading this, then I’m guessing you're looking to order a custom photo item! While we can use any photo submitted, in order to get you a high quality product, we recommend following these few simple tips:

✦ Original photo files are best. Screenshots, facebook/web downloads, and scanned photos are all going to lack quality and will print grainy/unfocused.
✦ Make sure the face is up close. If they are standing far back or in a large group photo, it may be difficult to get the full face and result in poor quality.
✦ Selfies are BEST. (If possible)
✦ The entire face should be facing the camera and not obstructed. Avoid photos with hands/fingers in the way, another person's head, or oversized hats.
